2. Purposes and legal bases

Data is processed for website operation, accounts, contracts, contact, research functions, security and legal duties. Depending on the process, legal bases include Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) GDPR.

3. Hosting and logs

Hosting is provided by Timme Hosting GmbH & Co. KG in Germany. Technical logs may include IP address, time, URL, browser identifier, referrer and status for delivery, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

4. Cookies and sessions

Only technically necessary cookies are used for language, login and session security. The default configuration does not use advertising or profiling cookies.

5. Quick scans and research

Submitted brands, variants, domains and URLs are processed to perform the requested research. Depending on configuration, terms and URLs may be sent to self-hosted or expressly activated sources. Public previews are not preserved as evidence files.

6. Accounts, projects and evidence

Accounts use name, business email, organization, roles, password hash, sessions and security events. Projects may contain personal data found in public content. Tenant separation and permissions restrict access.

7. Contact and email

Contact details and messages are processed to answer requests. Verification, password reset, invitation and system emails are sent through the configured SMTP provider.

When using the contact or trial-access form, we process in particular the organisation, name, business email address, optional contact details, use case and message. Only hashed connection and browser identifiers are stored for abuse prevention. Accepted enquiries may be retained for up to 180 days in a non-public, server-side protected lead register.

8. Recipients and international transfers

Only authorized parties and required providers receive data. External archives or search services may be outside the EEA and are used only according to the actual configuration and an appropriate legal basis.

9. Retention

Data is stored only while required by purpose, contract, security, law or a documented legal hold. Further details are in the Retention & Deletion Policy.

10. Rights

Individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object, and may withdraw consent. They may complain to a competent supervisory authority.

11. No automated legal decision

Technical prioritization is not an automated legal decision and does not establish an infringement.
